Almond Bark Avalanche Cookies that are creamy, crunchy, and no bake with peanut butter and smooth almond bark.
Ingredients
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup creamy peanut butter
12 ounces white almond bark, chopped
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt almond bark in microwave.
3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
4. Fold in crispy rice cereal.
5. Cool slightly and stir in mini chocolate chips.
6. Drop spoonfuls onto sheet.
7. Chill 20 minutes until firm.
Notes
Chill fully before serving.
Store in refrigerator.
