Description
Asian Chicken Crunch Salad packed with crisp cabbage, tender chicken, and sesame dressing.
Ingredients
3 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
1 cup shredded carrots
1 red bell pepper, sliced
3 green onions
1/2 cup edamame
1/2 cup wonton strips
1/4 cup sliced almonds
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
Instructions
1. Whisk dressing ingredients.
2. Combine vegetables in bowl.
3. Add chicken.
4. Toss with dressing.
5. Top with crunchy toppings and serve.
Notes
Store dressing separately for meal prep.
