Awesome Baja Fish Tacos with crispy golden fish, fresh slaw, and creamy sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb white fish
1 cup flour
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sparkling water
Oil for frying
2 cups cabbage
1/4 cup carrots
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp cilantro
8 tortillas
Instructions
1. Heat oil to 350°F.
2. Mix batter ingredients.
3. Dip fish in batter.
4. Fry 3-4 minutes until golden.
5. Prepare slaw.
6. Mix sauce.
7. Assemble tacos and serve.
Notes
Serve immediately for best crispness.
