Description
Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake with creamy filling and chocolate cookie crust.
Ingredients
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
5 tbsp melted butter
24 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Mix crumbs and butter.
3. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.
4. Beat cream cheese and sugar.
5. Add eggs one at a time.
6. Mix in Baileys, vanilla, sour cream, and flour.
7. Pour over crust.
8. Bake 50–55 minutes.
9. Cool gradually.
10. Chill 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Cool slowly to prevent cracks.
Chill overnight for best flavor.
