Description
BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza is a quick and easy dinner with smoky barbecue chicken and melted cheese.
Ingredients
2 flatbreads
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken shredded
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda or cheddar
1/4 cup red onion sliced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Brush flatbreads with olive oil
3. Mix chicken with barbecue sauce
4. Spread chicken over flatbreads
5. Sprinkle cheeses on top
6. Add red onion slices
7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cheese melts
8. Sprinkle cilantro and slice
9. Serve immediately
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience
Bake on rack for crispier crust
