Ingredients
4 Persian cucumbers
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp green onions
Instructions
1. Slice cucumbers thinly.
2. Salt and rest 10 minutes.
3. Drain and pat dry.
4. Whisk dressing.
5. Toss cucumbers with dressing.
6. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Salt cucumbers first to prevent watery salad.
