Better-Than-Takeout Fish Taco Bowls with seasoned flaky fish, rice, fresh toppings, and creamy sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb white fish
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cabbage
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 avocado
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
1. Season fish with oil and spices.
2. Cook fish 4-5 minutes per side until flaky.
3. Mix sauce ingredients.
4. Divide rice into bowls.
5. Flake fish over rice.
6. Add toppings and drizzle sauce.
Notes
Assemble just before serving.
