Buffalo Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps loaded with crispy chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, and fresh romaine.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
4 tortillas
3 cups romaine lettuce
1/3 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup mozzarella
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF.
2. Coat chicken in flour, egg, and panko.
3. Bake 14-16 minutes.
4. Toss chicken in buffalo sauce.
5. Toss lettuce with Caesar and Parmesan.
6. Fill tortillas with salad and chicken.
7. Roll tightly and slice.
