Description
Tender calamari tossed with pasta in a light garlic tomato sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
12 oz pasta
1 lb calamari, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ cup white wine
½ cup crushed tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Instructions
1. Cook pasta until al dente
2. Heat oil and cook garlic and pepper flakes
3. Add calamari and cook briefly
4. Add wine and tomatoes
5. Simmer gently
6. Toss pasta with sauce
Notes
Do not overcook calamari to keep it tender.
