1 cup water
½ cup sugar for coating
Instructions
1. Peel and slice oranges.
2. Boil peels 3 times to remove bitterness.
3. Simmer peels in sugar syrup 45 minutes.
4. Cool and coat with sugar.
5. Dry overnight.
