Description

Caprese Pasta Salad with Balsamic Glaze is a fresh and vibrant side dish made with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and tender pasta.


Ingredients

12 ounces rotini pasta

1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

8 ounces mozzarella pearls

1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup balsamic glaze


Instructions

1. Cook pasta until al dente and rinse under cold water.

2. Combine pasta with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

3. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

4. Toss gently to combine.

5. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top.

6. Chill 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store up to 3 days refrigerated.
