Ingredients
Scale
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2–3 tbsp cold water
Instructions
1. Blend dry ingredients with cheese
2. Add butter and pulse
3. Add water to form dough
4. Roll dough thin
5. Cut and poke holes
6. Bake until lightly golden

Cool fully before storing.
