Description

Cherry Almond Chicken Salad is a sweet and savory lunch recipe with dried cherries and crunchy almonds.


Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken breast shredded

1/2 cup dried cherries

1/2 cup sliced almonds toasted

1/2 cup celery chopped

1/4 cup red onion diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Add chicken cherries almonds celery and onion to bowl

2. Whisk mayonnaise yogurt lemon juice honey salt and pepper

3. Pour dressing over mixture

4. Fold gently until coated

5. Chill 30 minutes

6. Serve cold

Use toasted almonds for best flavor
