Description

Fresh, flavorful chicken lettuce wraps made with juicy ground chicken, crisp lettuce, and a savory-sweet sauce. A quick and satisfying dinner for any night.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 head butter lettuce (or romaine)

Instructions

  • 1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  • 2. Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • 3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  • 4. Remove from heat and stir in sliced green onions.
  • 5. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Serve chicken mixture inside lettuce cups.

Notes

Optional toppings: chopped peanuts, shredded carrots, or chili sauce.

Store leftover filling separately from lettuce for best freshness.
