Fresh, flavorful chicken lettuce wraps made with juicy ground chicken, crisp lettuce, and a savory-sweet sauce. A quick and satisfying dinner for any night.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 head butter lettuce (or romaine)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- 2. Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- 4. Remove from heat and stir in sliced green onions.
- 5. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Serve chicken mixture inside lettuce cups.
Notes
Optional toppings: chopped peanuts, shredded carrots, or chili sauce.
Store leftover filling separately from lettuce for best freshness.
