Description

Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe with crisp cabbage, chicken, and sesame dressing.


Ingredients

3 cups green cabbage

1 cup red cabbage

2 cups cooked chicken

1 cup shredded carrots

1 red bell pepper

3 green onions

1/2 cup mandarin oranges

1/2 cup wonton strips

1/4 cup sliced almonds

3 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp ginger

1 garlic clove


Instructions

1. Whisk dressing ingredients.

2. Combine vegetables in bowl.

3. Add chicken and oranges.

4. Toss with dressing.

5. Top with crunchy toppings and serve.

Notes

Add dressing before serving to maintain crunch.

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
