Chocolate covered strawberry cupcakes with chocolate cake, strawberry frosting, and a smooth chocolate topping.
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup flour
½ cup cocoa powder
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup milk
¼ cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup butter
1½ cups powdered sugar
¼ cup strawberry puree
¾ cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and line pan
2. Mix cupcake batter
3. Bake and cool cupcakes
4. Make strawberry frosting
5. Frost cupcakes
6. Add melted chocolate topping

Chill frosted cupcakes before adding chocolate
