Chocolate Drizzled Avalanche Cookies that are creamy, crunchy, and no bake with rich chocolate topping.
Ingredients
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.
3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
4. Fold in crispy rice cereal.
5. Drop spoonfuls onto sheet.
6. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle over cookies.
7. Chill 20 minutes until firm.
Notes
Chill fully before serving.
Store in refrigerator.
