Description
Soft, chewy Chocolate Marshmallow Swirl Cookies filled with gooey marshmallow ribbons and rich chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet.
2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
3. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Lightly swirl in marshmallow fluff.
7. Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
8. Bake 9–10 minutes until edges set.
9. Cool before serving.
Notes
Chill dough for thicker cookies. Store in airtight container for 3 days at room temp or 1 week in fridge.
