Description

A festive, cheesy pull-apart Christmas Tree Bread made with pizza dough, buttery garlic, and melted mozzarella—perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Marinara or pesto for dipping

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Divide dough into small balls and fill each with cheese.

3. Arrange dough balls into a Christmas tree shape on a baking sheet.

4. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic.

5. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

6. Brush again with butter and sprinkle with parsley and parmesan.

7. Serve warm with marinara or pesto.

Notes

Make dough balls a day ahead and refrigerate until baking.

Freeze before baking for up to one month; bake directly from frozen.
