Description
Cilantro sauce Greek yogurt with fresh lime and garlic.
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Juice of 1 large lime
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
2–4 tbsp water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Adjust thickness with water.
4. Season to taste and chill before serving.
Notes
Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
