Ingredients
Scale
½ cup oat flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 large eggs
½ cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat
3. Pour batter and swirl to coat pan
4. Cook until edges lift, then flip
5. Repeat with remaining batter
