Soft-centered cookies with crisp edges made using melted butter and brown sugar.
Ingredients
Unsalted butter
Brown sugar
Granulated sugar
Egg
Egg yolk
Vanilla extract
All-purpose flour
Baking soda
Salt
Chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Mix butter and sugars
2. Add eggs and vanilla
3. Stir in dry ingredients
4. Fold in chips
5. Chill dough
6. Bake at 325°F
Notes
Do not overbake. Centers should look pale.
