Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 16 oz gnocchi
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook bacon until crisp; set aside.
2. In the same pan, cook chicken until browned.
3. Add garlic and deglaze with a splash of broth.
4. Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, and ranch seasoning.
5. Pour in broth and cream; add gnocchi.
6. Simmer for 7 minutes until thickened.
7. Return bacon to pan, stir, and serve hot.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth sauce.
Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
