Classic Peanut Butter Avalanche Cookies that are creamy, crunchy, and no bake with white chocolate and peanut butter.
Ingredients
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.
3. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
4. Fold in crispy rice cereal.
5. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
6. Drop spoonfuls onto sheet.
7. Chill 30 minutes until firm.
Notes
Store in refrigerator.
Use creamy peanut butter for smooth texture.
Chill fully before serving.
