Description

Classic Southern Chicken Salad with Mayo is creamy, rich, and packed with tender chicken and crisp celery for a timeless comfort dish.


Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken breast, finely chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup celery, finely diced

1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

1. Cook chicken until fully done and let it cool.

2. Finely chop the chicken.

3. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.

4. Fold in chopped chicken.

5. Add celery, red onion, and sweet pickle relish.

6. Mix gently until combined.

7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
