Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup self-rising flour
1 egg
1 egg (for wash)
Everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
2. Mix cottage cheese, flour, and egg into dough.
3. Shape into 4 bagels.
4. Brush with egg wash and season.
5. Bake 25 minutes until golden.
6. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
