Ingredients

1 onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 cups chicken broth

1 cup buffalo hot sauce

1 cup heavy cream

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Melt butter and sauté onion and garlic.

2. Add chicken, buffalo sauce, and broth.

3. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.

4. Add cream and cheese; simmer until thickened.

5. Season and serve hot.
