Description

Creamy Ranch Chicken and Potatoes Sheet Pan that roasts tender with rich ranch flavor.


Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1/2 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF and line sheet pan.

2. Mix sour cream with half ranch seasoning.

3. Toss potatoes with oil and remaining seasoning.

4. Spread potatoes on pan.

5. Place chicken on pan and coat with ranch mixture.

6. Roast 25 minutes.

7. Top with cheese and roast 5 more minutes.

8. Serve warm.

Notes

Do not overbake chicken.

Roast in single layer.

Store leftovers up to 4 days.
