Description

Creamy Ranch Potato Salad (No Bacon) is a rich and flavorful side dish made with tender potatoes, ranch dressing, cheddar, and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, diced

1 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon parsley


Instructions

1. Boil diced potatoes 12-15 minutes until fork-tender.

2. Drain and cool slightly.

3. Whisk ranch dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Combine potatoes with cheese, celery, and green onions.

5. Stir in dressing gently.

6. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
