Creamy slow-cooked soup with chicken, veggies, and cheese tortellini.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken
- 4 cups broth
- 1 cup cream
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 9 oz tortellini
Instructions
1. Add chicken and veggies to Crockpot
2. Cook 5–6 hours LOW or 3 hours HIGH
3. Shred chicken
4. Add tortellini and cream
5. Cook 20 minutes until tender
6. Stir in spinach and serve hot
Notes
Use refrigerated or frozen tortellini.
Add extra broth if storing overnight.
