Description

Crockpot Creamy Ranch Chicken and Potatoes is a hearty one-pot slow cooker dinner with tender chicken and rich ranch sauce.


Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes halved

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 cloves garlic minced

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Parsley optional


Instructions

1. Place halved potatoes in crockpot

2. Lay chicken breasts on top

3. Whisk cream, broth, ranch seasoning, garlic, and pepper

4. Pour mixture over chicken and potatoes

5. Cover and cook on LOW for 360 minutes

6. Stir in sour cream and cheddar during last 20 minutes

7. Spoon sauce over top and serve warm

Notes

Use thawed chicken

Cook on LOW for best texture
