Description

Crockpot Garlic Butter Shrimp Boil features tender shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage in rich garlic butter.


Ingredients

Scale

1 lb baby potatoes

3 ears corn cut into chunks

12 oz smoked sausage sliced

1 1/2 lbs large shrimp peeled and deveined

1/2 cup melted butter

4 garlic cloves minced

1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1 lemon sliced

2 tbsp parsley chopped


Instructions

1. Add potatoes corn and sausage to crockpot

2. Mix butter garlic and seasonings

3. Pour half over ingredients

4. Cook on LOW 3-4 hours

5. Add shrimp

6. Drizzle remaining butter

7. Cook 20-30 minutes until shrimp are pink

8. Top with lemon and parsley and serve

Notes

Cut potatoes small for even cooking

Add shrimp last to avoid overcooking

Serve with crusty bread
