6 chicken thighs
6 garlic cloves
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Season chicken
2. Sear chicken
3. Transfer to crockpot
4. Mix sauce
5. Pour sauce
6. Cook on low 6 hours
7. Serve with sauce

Use boneless thighs if preferred
