Description
A hearty, slow-cooked version of lasagna with all the flavor and none of the fuss.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 cups broth
- 1 jar marinara
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Brown meat and onion.
2. Add garlic.
3. Transfer to crockpot.
4. Add broth, sauce, and seasonings.
5. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
6. Add noodles last 30 mins.
7. Stir in cheese before serving.
Notes
Swap meats as desired.
Serve with garlic bread or salad.
