Ingredients
1 cup long grain white rice
2 cans black beans
2 cups vegetable broth
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Add ingredients to crockpot
2. Pour broth and oil
3. Mix spices
4. Cook on low 4-6 hours
5. Stir halfway
6. Check rice before serving
