Description

Dill Pickle High Protein Chicken Salad is creamy, tangy, and packed with lean protein for an easy low-carb meal.


Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

2 tablespoons pickle juice

1/2 cup celery, diced

2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Add shredded chicken to a large bowl.

2. Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and pickle juice.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Fold dressing into chicken.

5. Add dill pickles, celery, red onion, and fresh dill.

6. Mix gently until combined.

7. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes
