Description
Rich, glossy double chocolate ganache drops that melt in your mouth.
Ingredients
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup dark chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp unsalted butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Heat cream until simmering.
2. Pour over chocolates; rest 1 minute.
3. Whisk until smooth.
4. Add butter, vanilla, salt.
5. Cool 15 min; scoop onto parchment.
6. Chill until set.
Notes
Store in airtight container up to 5 days.
Add espresso powder for mocha flavor.
