Creamy and easy dump crockpot potato soup made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
Scale
6 cups diced potatoes
1 onion
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
4 oz cream cheese
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Add ingredients to crockpot
2. Cook until potatoes soften
3. Mash slightly
4. Add dairy ingredients
5. Stir and cook again
6. Serve hot
Notes
Do not add dairy early
Use russet potatoes for thickness
Adjust seasoning at the end
