Easy 4 Ingredient Avalanche Cookies that are creamy, crunchy, and no bake with peanut butter and white chocolate.


Ingredients

2 cups crispy rice cereal

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.

3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.

4. Fold in crispy rice cereal.

5. Stir in mini chocolate chips.

6. Drop spoonfuls onto sheet.

7. Chill 20 minutes until firm.
