Description
Easy appetizers for party gatherings including skewers, crescent bites, and spinach cups.
Ingredients
1 pint cherry tomatoes
8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
Fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 lb ground sausage
8 oz cream cheese
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup chopped artichokes
½ cup shredded mozzarella
1 package mini phyllo shells
Instructions
1. Thread tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil onto skewers and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
2. Brown sausage in a skillet and drain fat. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
3. Spoon sausage mixture onto crescent dough triangles and roll.
4. Bake crescents at 375°F for 12–15 minutes until golden.
5. Mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, and mozzarella.
6. Fill phyllo shells and bake for 12 minutes until lightly browned.
Notes
Prepare fillings one day ahead.
Keep warm in a low oven until serving.
