Description
Easy Asian Rainbow Salad packed with crisp vegetables and sesame dressing.
Ingredients
2 cups green cabbage
1 cup purple cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 Persian cucumber
2 green onions
2 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp ginger
1 garlic clove
Instructions
1. Combine all vegetables in a bowl.
2. Whisk dressing ingredients.
3. Toss vegetables with dressing.
4. Top with cilantro and sesame seeds.
5. Chill before serving.
Notes
Store dressing separately for meal prep.
