Quick and flavorful Easy Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry with tender beef, vegetables, and a homemade sweet-savory sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb flank steak
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
1/2 cup water
Sesame seeds, green onions
Instructions
1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, honey, and garlic.
2. Stir-fry vegetables until tender-crisp, then set aside.
3. Cook beef in hot oil until browned.
4. Mix sauce ingredients and pour into pan.
5. Add vegetables back and toss in sauce.
6. Serve hot over rice.
Notes
Use low-sodium soy sauce for less salt.
Add chili flakes for spice.
Store leftovers in fridge for 2 days.
