Description

Soft and chewy Easy Hershey’s Red Velvet Blossoms Cookies made with cake mix and topped with Hershey’s Kisses.


Ingredients

Scale

1 box red velvet cake mix (15.25 oz)

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2430 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped

2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.

2. Mix cake mix, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until dough forms.

3. Chill dough for 30 minutes.

4. Roll into balls, coat in sugar, and place on baking sheet.

5. Bake 9–10 minutes until edges set.

6. Press one Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie center.

7. Cool before storing.

Notes

Store in airtight container for 5 days. Try white chocolate Kisses for a twist.
