Ingredients
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 cups spinach, chopped and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix spinach, artichokes, cheeses, and garlic until creamy.
3. Roll one pastry sheet into a triangle; spread filling evenly.
4. Top with second sheet; cut branches and twist.
5. Brush with egg wash; bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
