Description

A golden, flaky Festive Spinach Artichoke Christmas Tree Recipe made with puff pastry and a creamy spinach-artichoke filling — perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix spinach, artichokes, cheeses, and garlic until creamy.

3. Roll one pastry sheet into a triangle; spread filling evenly.

4. Top with second sheet; cut branches and twist.

5. Brush with egg wash; bake 25–30 minutes until golden.

6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the tree ahead and refrigerate overnight. For best results, reheat in the oven — not the microwave.
