Easy foil packet steak potatoes with juicy steak, tender potatoes, and simple seasoning.
Ingredients
Scale
1 lb sirloin steak
2 cups baby potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat oven or grill
2. Cut steak into pieces
3. Season potatoes
4. Mix with steak
5. Divide onto foil
6. Add butter
7. Seal packets
8. Cook 25 minutes
Notes
Use heavy-duty foil
Do not overcook
Add veggies if desired
