1 jar dill pickle slices
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
1. Pat pickles dry.
2. Heat oil to 350°F.
3. Dredge pickles in flour, dip in buttermilk, coat in cornmeal mixture.
4. Fry 2-3 minutes until golden.
5. Drain and serve hot.
