Garlic Butter Salmon with Roasted Asparagus is a quick and flavorful sheet pan dinner ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1 lb asparagus trimmed
3 tbsp melted butter
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 lemon sliced
1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Arrange salmon and asparagus on sheet pan
3. Toss asparagus with oil salt and pepper
4. Mix melted butter and garlic
5. Brush over salmon
6. Top with paprika and lemon slices
7. Bake 12-15 minutes until flaky
8. Garnish with parsley and serve

Broil briefly for color
Do not overcook salmon
