Description
Garlic Butter Shrimp and Broccoli Sheet Pan that roasts tender and flavorful in one pan.
Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cups broccoli florets
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line sheet pan.
2. Whisk butter, garlic, lemon, and seasonings.
3. Toss shrimp in half of mixture.
4. Roast broccoli 5 minutes.
5. Add shrimp and brush with remaining butter.
6. Roast 7-8 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
7. Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcook shrimp.
Thaw frozen shrimp completely.
Store leftovers up to 3 days.
