Description

Garlic Butter Tilapia with Steamed Broccoli is a quick and healthy dinner made with flaky fish, rich garlic butter, and fresh broccoli.


Ingredients

Scale

4 tilapia fillets

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon parsley (optional)

3 cups broccoli florets

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Pat tilapia dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Melt butter in skillet and cook garlic for 30 seconds.

3. Cook tilapia 3-4 minutes per side until flaky.

4. Drizzle lemon juice and spoon garlic butter over fish.

5. Steam broccoli 5-6 minutes until tender.

6. Serve fish with broccoli and spoon extra butter sauce on top.

Notes

Use cod if preferred.

Add red pepper flakes for heat.

Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days.
