Description
Garlic Butter Zucchini and Chicken Skillet that cooks juicy and tender in one pan.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
3 medium zucchini, sliced
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in skillet.
2. Cook seasoned chicken until golden and remove.
3. Add butter and garlic.
4. Cook zucchini until tender crisp.
5. Return chicken and toss.
6. Sprinkle Parmesan and melt.
7. Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcook zucchini.
Store leftovers up to 3 days.
Reheat gently in skillet.
